Focus on advise and couselling:

In person on mondays and wednesdays 10.00 - 11.30 as well as wednesdays 17.30 - 18.30 and thursdays 14.00 - 15.30.

A quick note when calling us: While we are currently mainly working from Home Office it appears that you hear a dial tone even while we're occupied by another phone call (instead of hearing a busy tone). In this case, please try one of the other numbers or try again a little later.
